Enrolment Scheme Effective from 1/1/2019
The guidelines for development and operation of enrolment schemes are issued under section 11G (3) of the Education Act 1989 for the purpose of describing the basis on which the Secretary’s powers in relation to enrolment schemes will be exercised.
All students who live within the home zone described below and/or shown on the attached map shall be entitled to enrol at the school.
Starting at the Old Railway Road (43-73, 66-84 included) and Old North Road intersection travel north west along Old North Road (137-187, 152 – 190 included) to the roundabout. At the roundabout travel east along Riverhead Road (240,241 and below included, Lathrope Road included) and continue north to Deacon Road. Travel north west along Deacon Road (6, 17 and below in cluded, Forestry Road, Sawmill Road and Timber Place included) and continue north west to Old North Road. Travel north west along Old North Road (465 – 371 included, odd numbers only included) to the intersection of Old North Road and Ararimu Valley Road (excluded). Travel across country to the Kumeu River, then travel across country again to Matua Rd (402, 411 and below included). Travel west along Matua Road and continue south to the State Highway 16 Motorway. Travel east along the State Highway 16 Motorway (Foster Road, Trigg Road, Vintners Close and Station Road, Shamrock Drive, Access Road excluded, 695-436 State Highway 16 and below excluded (With the exception of 429 – 507, which are included) and Main Road odd numbered houses excluded) to the roundabout. At the roundabout travel North along to Old North Road (15101 and 16 to 108 excluded, 393 and 407 State Highway 16 excluded) back to the starting point.
All residential addresses on included sides of boundary roads and all no exit roads off included sides of boundary roads are included in the zone unless otherwise stated.
Proof of residence within the home zone will be required.
** We will not be taking out of zone enrolments for the first three years in accordance with the Ministry of Education.
